The lobby's game area kept the kids entertained, and we loved being within walking distance of great restaurants. Although the lighting in the room could be brighter, our stay was very enjoyable and we felt safe throughout our visit.

This place was a balanced option for a brief visit in Chattanooga with value for money. The staff was helpful when I needed extra towels and they were quick to respond. Just keep in mind, there's no parking on site, so plan accordingly.

We really enjoyed the loft style hotel. The kitchen was stocked with everything you might need for a late night snack, felt just like home. One night, when our A/C broke, they switched us to another room in about 15 minutes, super friendly staff-all with a smile.

It was a bit pricey, but overall acceptable, considering the experience.

The hotel exudes a cool industrial vibe that really adds character. I loved exploring the artwork in my room and the hallways—there’s a unique touch to the art displayed.

The corners of the baseboard around the bed were easy to snag a toe on.
